Justpixel Technologies operates this website and determines how personal information submitted through our Contact page is used.

We are a small, independently operated UK business. We do not currently require visitors to create accounts or register to use our Software Library.

We aim to minimise data collection and process information on a user's own device wherever practical.

Our Software Library includes tools that process text, code, files and other inputs directly in your browser.

Where a tool states that it operates locally, the information entered is not uploaded to or stored by Justpixel Technologies as part of its normal operation.

Some tools may use browser storage to retain settings or local data on your device. Individual tools may explain this separately.

When you contact us, we process the information you choose to provide. This may include your email address, optional name, enquiry category, subject, related project, bug report details and message.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, investigate reported issues, communicate about projects and handle data protection requests.

Your name is optional. Your email address is required so that we can respond.

Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, sensitive documents or unnecessary personal information.

Contact submissions do not cause information entered into our browser-based tools to be collected.

We generally rely on legitimate interests to respond to ordinary enquiries, investigate bugs, provide support and protect our services from misuse.

Where you request steps towards entering a contract, or where processing is needed to perform an existing contract with you, we may rely on contractual necessity.

Where processing is necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, including certain data protection requirements, we rely on legal obligation.

We do not use contact form submissions for unsolicited marketing.

Our Contact form uses Web3Forms to process enquiries and deliver them to our business email mailbox.

We use hCaptcha to help protect the form against spam and automated submissions.

These providers may process submitted information and technical information needed to operate their services, including security verification data.

Our hosting and email providers may also process technical or communication data necessary to deliver their services.

Provider processing may involve locations outside the United Kingdom. Where we are responsible for such transfers, applicable data protection safeguards must be in place.

We do not currently operate a customer database or dedicated application storage for visitor information.

Our Web3Forms account is configured to automatically delete stored contact submissions after 30 days.

Copies delivered to our business mailbox are stored separately and may be retained while reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, investigate issues, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

We aim to delete correspondence when it is no longer required. Deletion from Web3Forms does not automatically delete emails already delivered to our mailbox.

Website hosting and infrastructure services may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request timestamps and technical or security logs.

We do not currently provide visitor accounts or use the website for personalised advertising.

Some browser-based tools may use local browser storage for settings or functionality. hCaptcha and other service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for security and verification.

We showcase projects that Justpixel Technologies has developed, contributed to or helped create.

Our currently showcased applications are designed to perform their core user-input processing locally, without requiring Justpixel Technologies to centrally store that application data.

Some projects may be independently owned or operated by third parties. Their own privacy policies and terms may apply.

Our Privacy Policy does not automatically apply to independently operated external services. This also applies to external websites linked from our pages.

Where we directly operate a project or process information on behalf of another organisation, our responsibilities depend on the services and arrangements involved.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data. Data portability may also apply.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
